Traditional Plan (non-Medicare members) includes:
- $150 allowance every 24 months for eyewear purchased at Kaiser plan medical offices or Kaiser plan optical sales offices. Members pay costs in excess of the $150 allowance. This is not a standalone vision benefit and cannot be purchased separately from the medical plan.
Kaiser Permanente Senior Advantage Plan (Medicare eligible members):
- Routine eye exams with a plan optometrist
- Only a $15 co-pay per visit.
