Members can access digital ID cards on aetna.com. Please register (if not already registered) for access to your digital ID card. You can also call customer service and request a digital card be emailed.
For prescription refill questions, members should call the pharmacy number on their ID card (listed just above) for assistance. This phone number is open 24X7.

Here you will find information on 24/7 care including telehealth options and getting care out of the area for members impacted by the wildfires. There is also information on mental health services, financial support, replacing lost medical equipment and options on refiling prescriptions during this time, including using local retail pharmacies if you are not near a Kaiser Permanente pharmacy. There is also information on community resources for members and non-members.
On the member app, you have access to your digital ID card / medical record number, which you can present if you need to go into a facility.
